By using ImageZap you accept these terms. They are short and to the point.

The service
ImageZap is a free tool that converts, compresses and resizes images in your browser. It's provided "as is", with no sign-up and no paid plans. We may change, extend or discontinue any feature at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images you process. Because processing is local, we don't receive or store your files and acquire no rights over them. You're responsible for having permission to use and modify the images you convert.
Acceptable use
Don't use ImageZap for illegal purposes or try to interfere with the site, its ads or its infrastructure (for example, by generating automated traffic or fraudulent ad clicks).
No warranty
We do our best to produce correct results, but we don't guarantee the tool is error-free or that a given file will convert successfully. Always keep your originals. Review results before using them in production, especially with partially supported formats such as JPEG XL.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Intellectual property
ImageZap's design, original code and texts are protected. The codecs used (libavif, libwebp, libjxl, MozJPEG, OxiPNG, @jsquash) are open-source software subject to their respective licenses.
Links and advertising
The site contains links to third-party websites and ads served by Google AdSense. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise, the courts of Spain shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
